My name is Chriss Curry and I'm a certified holistic wellness coach, yoga and meditation instructor, intuitive healing guide, tarot reader, astrology nerd, art lover and art history buff. My focus is helping others improve their relationship with their physical, emotional and spiritual well-being. I guide women through the process of fully embodying their feminine divine essence and living the life that only they could dream for themselves. 

Through Empress Insider, I coach women one-on-one and in small groups and host in-person and online workshops, courses and healing circles. I'm here as a guide and an example to help others achieve their unique holistic wellness goals.
