In this series, Explore Yoga @Home, round II, we will focus on moving slowly through poses in order to focus on alignment. We'll also learn breathing and meditation techniques that help offset everyday stress.

I am a yoga and meditation teacher trained by the Faith Hunter School of Yoga and I am honored to share this skill in hopes that it will help usher a greater sense of ease and well being into your life as well.
I don't know about you, but I have found myself in a stripped and raw state of being this year. It feels like terror, it feels like growth, it feels like sorrow and it feels like gratitude.
Prayer, meditation, a healthy diet (drink your water!!) and movement in the form of yoga have brought feelings of relief and overall well being into my life over the years and especially this year.
Beginning September 1st, join me on Tuesday evenings at 7pm EST to learn and practice yoga from the comfort of your home
These sessions will be slower in pace and beginner friendly. Hop on for as many classes as you'd like, camera on or off :-) You will only need a quiet space and a mat but additional props like yoga blocks (or a couple thick, hardcover books), a strap (or long belt or towel), a bolster (or firm pillow), and a blanket may be of use as we practice.
